Refund policy

All sales are final. We only offer refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To report a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at carkgallery@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• Product + packaging photo

Approved cases will receive:
✔ A replacement of the same item/size, OR
✔ Store credit if replacement is unavailable

No refunds or returns are accepted for:
• Sizing mistakes
• Change of mind
• Pre-order wait times
• Worn or washed items
• Slight print or colour variations
