By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

🛍️ Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as each product is made to order or produced in limited batches.

🧵 Product Variations

Minor differences in colour, sizing, or print placement may occur due to manufacturing methods. These are not considered defects.

1. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require 4–8+ weeks for production depending on demand. Purchasing a pre-order means you accept this waiting period.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in CAD unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout to begin production.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only for defective items, as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy. No refunds for delays, sizing mistakes, or buyer’s remorse.

4. Misuse / Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of payment fraud or misuse.

5. Privacy

Use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
